Plan changes take effect immediately. If you’re on annual billing and upgrade mid-cycle, you’ll be credited for the remaining time on your current plan.

A: Contact support — they can arrange a temporary upgrade so you can test features before deciding.
Q: What happens when I hit a resource limit?
A: You’ll be blocked from adding more of that resource (e.g., a 4th staff member on Start). Upgrade to unlock more capacity, or contact support for a temporary override.
Q: Do I lose data if I downgrade?
A: No data is deleted, but features and resources above your new plan’s limits become read-only or inaccessible until you upgrade again.
